How the thirty days run

Kickoff, four guided work sessions, then a day-30 reality check.

  1. Kickoff: 30 minutes

Get oriented before the work starts.

  2. Four work sessions: 60 minutes each

Stabilize: What can’t wait in the first 24 hours, and who handles it?

Connect: Who needs to know, in what order, and who makes day-to-day decisions?

Build: What would someone else need? Capture access, deadlines, money and client commitments.

Test: Can they actually do it? Try one real handoff and fix what breaks.

  3. Day 30: reality check

Review the finished plan and check that it works.

What a seat includes

The full session timeline above, plus tools and support between calls.

Tools and between-call support

  • The whole Starter Kit workbook, a $199 product
  • Continuity Readiness Assessment
  • Session recordings and summaries after every call
  • Small-group peer accountability
  • Facilitated troubleshooting between steps

What a seat costs

$799per seat

Workbook included. Do not buy both.

What you actually paid for the Starter Kit comes off the $799 seat. A $199 kit purchase leaves $600; a 10%-off purchase of $179.10 leaves $619.90. We look up your Stripe payment, so you pay for the kit only once. Comped and review copies earn no credit. One credit per person, ever. Write from your purchase address to support@plan-ahead.now for the link.

The Ask-a-CPA member rate is quoted in the community. Take the better offer; it never stacks with the kit credit.

Cohort questions

When does the next cohort run?

Cohorts run a few times a year. The schedule above has current dates and checkout; the waitlist hears first.

What if I can’t make every session?

Recordings and summaries help you catch up. Plan to attend at least three of the four work sessions.

What do I need to take part?

A computer with Zoom, time for the calls, and what you know about your business. You do not need everything documented first: prioritizing comes before documenting.

Is this only for certain types of businesses?

Accountants, bookkeepers, tax pros, fractional CFOs and other small-business advisors serving multiple clients.

I’m an Ask-a-CPA member. Where is my rate?

Find it in the Ask-a-CPA community. Or take what you actually paid for the Starter Kit off the $799 seat. Comped and review copies earn no credit. Take the better offer, never both.
